[Fader] Video: Hussle Club, “Good Morning, Midnight”

Hussle Club is a New York-based darkwave project headed by man-about-town Prince Terrence, who you’ve seen before in Heartsrevolution and heroically hand-drumming for hours with Major Lazer’s live jam. And “Good Morning, Midnight,” conceived and directed by Bijoux Altamirano, is as explicit a mission statement as the band could offer: spectre-conjuring witchery with an affinity for the vampire hours and guitar riffs that skulk through the mist. Also, apparently under red light, Terrence’s true nature is revealed: electrified cyber-skeleton, some kind of cool supernatural night haunter that True Blood has yet to identify. Special powers include: telepathy, ability to alter the mood of any room towards the dramatic.
